The candidates are chosen through the express entry immigration selection method of both the federal government and Nova Scotia. High-skilled persons with post-secondary education and credentials that will aid in their effective integration into Nova Scotia should apply to this stream. A candidate must receive at least 67 points out of a possible 100 on a point grid that evaluates characteristics such as education, language proficiency, work experience, age, adaptability, and the existence of a formal job offer from an employer based in Nova Scotia.
Based on the data that the customer provides, points are calculated. The acquisition of an ITA from NSNP is not the responsibility of Settlers International & Consulting Inc.
