Three categories comprise the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program.

1. International Skilled Worker Employment Offer

This sub-category is for professed workers who

  • Have an offer for a professed job in Saskatchewan.
  • Meet the criteria of the sub-category.

 

Eligibility

 

You may qualify for this sub-category if you live outside Canada or have evidence of legal status in Canada, or aren’t an exiled descendant.

  • You should Score at least 60 points on the Saskatchewan Emigrant designee Program( SINP) point assessment grid.
  • You need at least one-time work experience in the once 10 times( in your intended occupation).
  • Have a language score of at least Canadian Language Benchmark( CLB) 4.
  • Some employers or controllers may ask for scores that are more advanced than CLB 4.
  • Be eligible for Saskatchewan licensing( if your intended occupation is in a regulated profession or mandatory internship trade).
  • Have an offer for an endless, full-time job in Saskatchewan. You’ll need a valid SINP Job blessing Letter to show evidence. There’s no specific list of jobs, but your offer must be in an occupation in the National Occupational Bracket( NOC) Matrix position “ A ”, “ B ” or “ O ”, or in a designated trade in Saskatchewan.

International Skilled Worker Saskatchewan Express Entry

 

This sub-category is for professed workers who:

  •  want to live and work in Saskatchewan.
  • Have Immigration, Deportees and Citizenship Canada( IRCC) Express Entry Pool profile.
  • Meet the sub-category criteria.

 

Eligibility

 

You may qualify if you live outside Canada or have evidence of legal status in Canada, and aren’t an exiled descendant.

 

  • Have a valid Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Code.
  • At least 60 points on the SINP point assessment grid.
  • Need a language test effect that meets the civil Express Entry language conditions.
  • Have completed post-secondary academy or training that’s similar to at least one time of Canadian education. You must have earned a parchment, instrument, or degree.
  • For All education outside Canada, we must submit an educational credential assessment( ECA) from Approved associations by IRCC.
  • Those who have finished training as part of a high academy don’t need to submit an ECA, but must apply for Saskatchewan licensure. For further word contact Settlers International.
  • Have experience in a NOC law that isn’t on the barred Occupation List. check Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry Occupation Conditions for eligible occupations.
  • The minimal need for work experience is
  • For professed professionals( not tradespeople)- time work experience in the last 10 times.
  • For professed tradespeople two times of work experience in a professed trade in the last five times.
  • One- time work experience in Canada in the last three times( professed tradespeople and professed professionals).
  • Your below work experience should be in the field of your completed post-secondary education or training.
  • Your work experience should be related to your job and education.
  • Check SINP Conditions Related to Professional Status or Licensure to see if your job needs specific SINP education conditions.
  • You may need to show a Professional Status or evidence of eligibility for Licensure for your job.
  • Check Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry Occupation Conditions for these requirements. However, your operation will be held, If you’re asked to show this. we don’t need to show licensure documents unless asked.
  • We must include all documents in our operation. If our operation will be closed if it’s missing documents and your operation figure won’t be returned.

International Skilled Worker Occupation In- Demand


This sub-category is for professed workers who:

 

  • Don’t have a job offer in Saskatchewan but are largely professed in an in-demand occupation.
  • We should Meet the eligibility criteria. Criteria can change at any time, contact Settlers International before pacing.

 

Eligibility


To be eligible, you must pay an anon-refundable$ 350 operation figure online by Visa or Mastercard. It’s the last step in order to submit your operation.

 

You may qualify if:

 

  • You live outside of Canada or have evidence of legal status in Canada
  • Aren’t an exile descendant
  • Score at least 60 points out of 110 on the SINP point assessment grid
  • Have a language score of at least 4 – Canadian Language Benchmark( CLB) 4
  • Some employers may ask for language scores that are more advanced than CLB 4
  • Need to complete post-secondary education, training, or internship that’s similar to that in Canada
  • Have earned a parchment, instrument, or degree
  • If your education did outside of Canada, you should submit an educational credential assessment( ECA) from a designated association approved by IRCC
  • Individuals who have completed trades or job training as part of their high academy education must rather apply for Saskatchewan licensure( See Regulated Occupations and Licensing Conditions)
  • Have work experience that’s highly processed and not on the barred Occupation List
  • You must have a minimum of one time of full-time ( minimal 30 hours per week) paid work experience in a professed occupation over the last 10 times related to your field of education. Your work experience must be in a highly professed occupation( NOC “ 0 ”, “ A ” or “ B ”) that’s considered to be in demand in Saskatchewan at the time of your operation.   • Your work experience should be related to your occupation and education
  • Check SINP Conditions Related to Professional Status or Licensure for further information
  • You may need to give evidence of Professional Status or of eligibility for Licensure
  • You should include all needed documents in your operation. Missing documents will affect your deficient operation being returned. Your operation figure won’t be reimbursed.

2. Worker with Saskatchewan work experience

1. Skilled Worker With Existing Work Permit

 

Workers who are semi-skilled and who fit within this subcategory:

Possess a work permit in good standing and have been employed in Saskatchewan for at least six months.

 

Eligibility

 

You may qualify if you:

  • Entered an endless full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. The job should be in National Occupation Bracket( NOC) Matrix “ A ”, “ B ” or “ O ”; or in a designated trade.
  • For Food and Beverage, apply under the Hospitality Sector Pilot Projectsub-category.
  • Have worked further than six months for the employer offering you the job, with a valid work permit. Your job offer should be for the same career you have been working in for the once six months.
  • You need at least a score of Canadian Language Benchmark( CLB) 4 if your job offer is in a NOC ‘ C ’ occupation.

2. Semi-Skilled husbandry Worker With a Being Work Permit


This sub-category is for semi-skilled workers who

Have been working in Saskatchewan for at least six months with a valid work permit.

 

Eligibility


You may qualify if you meet the below criteria:

  • The SINP has criteria changes over 2019- 2021 for specific semi-skilled occupations. However, you can apply if you have evidence that you worked in Saskatchewan before for at least six months, If you aren’t yet working in Saskatchewan.
  • Your work permit must be for
  • Seasonal Agriculture Worker Program.
  •  International Experience Canada.
  • Temporary Foreign Worker Program.
  • Have completed the fellow of Canadian secondary academy( high academy) or over, with an Educational Credential Assessment approved by my IRCC
  • You need a score of at least Canadian Language Benchmark( CLB) 4 if your job offer is in a NOC ‘ C ’ occupation.

3. Health Professionals.

This sub-category is for Physicians who want to apply for endless occupancy and

Eligibility

 

To qualify you must:

  • Have a valid work permit issued by Immigration, Deportees, and Citizenship Canada( IRCC).
  • Have rehearsed as a croaker in Saskatchewan for a minimum of six months.

The Entrepreneur Category is for foreign citizens who wish to gain or mate in a business in Saskatchewan and be laboriously involved in managing it while abiding in Saskatchewan.

 

International Graduate Entrepreneur

 

Through the International Graduate Entrepreneur Category, you can apply to the SINP. You should be an international pupil graduating from a Saskatchewan institution who wishes to come to an entrepreneur.

You need to meet the minimal criteria and You qualify if your business plan is eligible.

  • Live in Saskatchewan and are at least 21 times of age.
  • You need to complete a two-time, full-time post-secondary degree or parchment from a Saskatchewan institution while living in the fiefdom.
  • You need a valid Post-Graduate Work Permit.
  • You need a minimal Canadian Language Benchmark( CLB) position of 7.

 

Minimal Eligibility Criteria To Submit An EOI:

 

  • Are at least 21 times of age.

The Farm Owner and Operator Category is for foreign citizens who’d like to move to Saskatchewan and who:

Eligibility


To be eligible, you must have:

  • Available Equity You should give fiscal documents that show a net worth of$,000 ( CAD).
